We believe that success in business
is largely a question of a "can-do
attitude" and accessibility.
We take pride in being friendly
and approachable
and will try and find a quick and effective solution for any
translation, revision or proofreading project. We have an
"always-on" broadband Internet connection and emails
are checked at least hourly during the day. All project enquiries
are treated as urgent and whenever possible we will respond
within one hour. We can also be contacted via fax/phone/cellphone/SMS
or Skype.
We keep flexible and extended
business hours;
however, if you need to contact us outside these hours, please
leave a message by email or Skype and we'll respond as soon
as possible. We do use an auto-responder for emails outside
our office hours, but we will respond promptly to all business
emails at start of business on the following day.
