Friendly and accessible
I believe that success in business is largely a question of a "can-do attitude" and accessibility. I take pride in being friendly and approachable and will try and find a quick and effective solution to any translation, revision or proofreading project. I have a fast broadband Internet connection (so file size presents no problems), and emails are checked at least hourly during the day. All project enquiries are treated as urgent and my business standard is to respond to any project enquiry within the hour (during business hours). I always have my iPhone with me (+61(0)4 07386682), or you can contact me by SMS or Skype.

I keep flexible and extended business hours; however, if you need to contact me outside these hours, please leave a message by email or Skype and I'll respond as soon as possible. I do use an auto-responder for emails outside our office hours, but will respond promptly to all business emails at start of business on the following day. Nb. I am an active club cyclist and so am normally up and around early in the morning to respond to business emails before hitting the road.
